Well first the salesman Matthew was very positive and efficient. The finance part was managed with a hand of steel in a velvet glove and Jennifer worked on my case with precision. Overall i was amazed and very pleased of my business at Towne Ford.

Ice or snow broke plastic around front wheel.Warranty will not cover this

The service at Towne Ford is always excellent. I dropped off my vehicle to check the brakes and change winter tires. They found the brakes to be in good condition, tires were good, and found my battery to be on it's last legs. All set for winter.

Bought my car without even seeing it. They were incredibly easy to deal with and answered all of my questions. The purchase was smooth, and they accommodated some very important requests. Everything happened in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone.

I did have to have some issues with gas smell but Chris JARDINE, my mechanic, fixed the problem and put 2 snow tires on the front Thank you for your excellent service. Towne Ford was very fast at getting my car in and politely toward me..but it's very costly I replaced my key switch that cost me $390.00Seemed like a huge amount for just my key switch replaced.

Easy to talk to and professional staff. And they pointed out that my regiatration was expired! I've bought two vehicles from them and would certainly put them at the top of the list for another just based on service.
